Are you passionate about optimizing business processes and supporting the digital transformation of manufacturing organizations?
Would you like to play a strategic role by helping clients understand their business challenges and implement technology solutions that make a real impact?
Techso is looking for a PLM Business Analyst to support our clients in analyzing, designing, and implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions across Canada and internationally.
In this role, you'll work at the heart of digital transformation projects, bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams while helping organizations optimize their engineering and business processes.
Who We Are
Founded in Montreal in 2014, Techso helps organizations accelerate their digital transformation through three areas of expertise:
IT Infrastructure Management;
Custom Application Development;
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Our team works with recognized clients across a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, finance, events, and watchmaking.
At Techso, we value the quality of our projects and relationships over volume. Our core values—Fun, Trust, Efficiency, and Quality—guide both the way we work with our clients and how we collaborate as colleagues.
What You'll Do
Depending on the projects assigned to you, you will:
Analyze business processes and identify stakeholder needs;
Gather, document, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements;
Translate business needs into practical and scalable PLM solutions;
Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions aligned with client objectives;
Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders to validate and refine proposed solutions;
Work closely with business process architects to prepare transformation documentation and validate business cases;
Support clients throughout their transformation journey, including change management initiatives;
Participate in solution testing, qualification, and validation activities;
Act as a trusted advisor by sharing your business analysis expertise across project teams;
Contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects for clients across Canada and internationally.
The Profile We're Looking For
You have:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
A minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors;
Strong experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions such as Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Siemens;
Excellent business process analysis and process modeling skills;
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL;
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Minitab;
Experience using business process modeling tools such as ARIS, IcePanel, or C4;
Strong Microsoft Office skills;
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and user training skills;
Knowledge of Visual Basic is considered an asset;
The flexibility to travel within the Montreal area and internationally when required;
The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located across Quebec and internationally.
Nice to Have
Experience implementing PLM solutions;
Experience in digital transformation or continuous improvement initiatives;
Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial business processes;
You don't need experience with every PLM platform on the market. Above all, we're looking for a curious, analytical professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and helping organizations successfully transform their operations.
