Your Next Challenge at Techso

Are you passionate about Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and eager to apply your Teamcenter expertise to large-scale projects?

Do you enjoy analyzing business requirements, designing innovative solutions, and helping companies navigate their digital transformation?

Techso is looking for a PLM Functional Architect – Teamcenter to support our clients in implementing, evolving, and optimizing their Siemens Teamcenter solutions in Canada and internationally.

Who Are We?

Founded in Montreal in 2014, Techso helps organizations navigate their digital transformation through three areas of expertise:

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM);
• IT infrastructure management;
• Custom application development.

Our team works with renowned clients across several industries, including aerospace, automotive, naval and defense, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

At Techso, we prioritize project quality and strong relationships over volume. Our core values of enjoyment, trust, efficiency, and quality guide both our work with clients and the way we collaborate with one another.

What You'll Do

Depending on the projects assigned to you, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting engineering teams in adopting and using Siemens Teamcenter solutions, particularly when deploying new features, evolving PLM processes, and improving workflows;
• Monitoring Teamcenter implementation and enhancement projects, including timelines, deliverables, technical issues, and dependencies between teams;
• Identifying functional and technical risks associated with PLM solutions, assessing their impact on engineering processes, and coordinating the implementation of corrective measures;
• Analyzing and resolving issues related to product data management, assembly structures, workflows, and engineering change management in Teamcenter;
• Writing and maintaining functional and technical documentation for PLM solutions, including specifications, configuration rules, procedures, and architecture documentation;
• Collaborating with engineering teams, developers, PLM administrators, and architects to design Teamcenter solutions that align with clients' business needs and technical requirements.

What We're Looking For

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related field;
• At least five years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter or in a similar PLM-related role;
• Strong knowledge of one or more key Teamcenter modules, including Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, BMIDE, Change Management, and Active Workspace;
• A solid understanding of PLM architectures and implementation methodologies;
• A good understanding of manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments that use Teamcenter;
• The ability to travel within the Montreal area as required by client needs, along with a willingness to take on international assignments;
• Professional proficiency in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada, and internationally;
• Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders.

What Would Be an Asset

• Experience implementing or migrating Teamcenter solutions;
• Experience integrating PLM solutions with other enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CAD, etc.);
• Experience in continuous improvement or digital transformation initiatives;
• Experience facilitating client workshops and training users;
• Experience in functional architecture or change management;
• Experience working on international projects.

You don't need to have worked in every industry that uses Teamcenter. Above all, we're looking for someone passionate about PLM who can support our clients in their digital transformation initiatives through strong functional expertise and a solid understanding of business processes.

• Strategic projects with leading industry players in Canada and internationally;
• Opportunities to travel through our international mobility program;
• A hybrid work environment tailored to project and client needs;
• Breakfast, snacks, and coffee provided at the office;
• An active social and sports club;
• Opportunities to contribute to internal projects that help drive the company's growth;
• A team of passionate experts that encourages knowledge sharing, collaboration, and professional development;
• Private group health insurance tailored to your needs;
• A company culture built on enjoyment, trust, efficiency, and quality.
