Project Manager —

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about continuous improvement to join a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing operations at our clients' sites. You will be at the heart of these initiatives.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage projects, ensuring the tracking of deliverables and communication with the various departments
• Conduct internal and external audits
• Lead Kaizen workshops with field teams
• Implement performance indicators: OEE, takt time, cycle time time
• Deploy and maintain the 5S methodology and visual management
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and management to prioritize projects

 

DESIRED PROFILE

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Logistics
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Lean tools: VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, PDCA
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt — an asset)
• Excellent project management and team facilitation skills
• Functional bilingualism (French/English) required
