We’re looking for a Functional Analyst who’s passionate about optimization and efficiency, and who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll work within a rich ecosystem where applications hosted in AWS integrate with Dynamics 365, helping drive our client’s digital transformation.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be based in the Greater Montreal area and available to meet clients on-site when needed.
• Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as both languages are essential for day-to-day collaboration with colleagues and clients across Quebec and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to understand, analyze, and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Define functional and technical requirements for applications hosted in AWS and their integration with the Dynamics CRM.
• Analyze interdependencies between applications and identify potential impacts, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and align with AWS best practices.
• Contribute to the drafting and validation of use cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Support business teams in understanding delivered features and assist during production rollout.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of analysis and delivery processes.

Skills & Profile

• Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of business processes.
• Proven experience as a functional analyst in an application development context.
• Good knowledge of AWS environments and understanding of cloud architectures (microservices, APIs, integrations, etc.).
• Understanding of CRM systems and their integrations (ideally Dynamics 365).
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with development teams (asset: previous background as a developer or strong technical acumen).
• Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as both languages are essential for day-to-day collaboration with colleagues and clients across Quebec and Canada.
• Strong synthesis skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
