Take part in projects that transform how our clients leverage Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Build applications, automate workflows, and create proof-of-concepts to validate modern architectures on Azure and Microsoft 365, supporting their digital transformation initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be able to travel within the Greater Montreal area to meet clients when required.
• Be fluent in both French and English, as these languages are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients in Quebec and or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current Dynamics 365 environment and recommend relevant enhancements.
• Design and evolve Power Apps applications as well as Power Automate workflows.
• Develop custom features and extensions tailored to client needs.
• Configure roles, access rights, and security settings in alignment with Microsoft best practices.
• Implement automation mechanisms that support deployment and continuous delivery within Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Contribute to Agile projects by delivering reliable components and supporting testing and validation activities.
• Apply software engineering best practices such as refactoring, automated testing, TDD, and continuous integration.
• Produce technical documentation and participate in the development of governance and architectural structures.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• At least 2 years of experience with Power Apps (Model-driven apps) and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio ALM, .NET, C#, and TypeScript/JavaScript, including at least 1 year with .NET Core 3.1 or higher.
• Experience developing plugins and extensions for Dynamics 365 / Power Platform using C#.
• Familiarity with software engineering concepts such as refactoring, automated testing, continuous integration, or TDD.
• Participation in at least one Agile development project.
• Experience with version control and pipeline tools such as TFS or Azure DevOps.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients in Montreal and internationally.
