Before applying, you must have at least two years of experience in a similar role here in Quebec. Knowledge of the Quebec electrical code is essential for this position.

In a context of growth and diversification of our projects, we are looking for a building electrical engineer to join our dynamic and committed team.

We have several opportunities in Lévis, Saint-Georges, Quebec City, Trois-Rivières, Anjou, and Blainville.

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Electrical Section Chief, the engineer will be responsible for providing specialized services, including studies, design, preparation of plans and specifications, and construction supervision.

More specifically, he/she will be required to: Perform design calculations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations; Participate in the development of studies, plans, specifications, details, and budget estimates; Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure the smooth execution of projects; Travel to construction sites to monitor ongoing projects; Perform any other related tasks that may contribute to the success of projects. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; Membership in good standing with the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) is mandatory; Minimum of 2 years Relevant experience in electrical system design in Quebec; Ability to work in a team, rigor, initiative, and attention to detail; Experience in consulting engineering (an asset); Bilingualism (French/English) (an asset).
