Your main task will be to carry out monitoring activities on projects.
More specifically, you will need:
• Supervise work in accordance with plans and specifications, established work programs and applicable standards • Monitor the placement of materials to standards • Participate in site meetings • Propose recommendations to the Project Authority for upon receipt of work • Identify non-conformities and produce lists of deficiencies • Issue notices and memos to contractors • Enter results and write technical reports and site logs • Record changes to plans and quotes • Respect the health and safety rules on construction sites • Measure and control the quantities executed on site • Technically support colleagues and customers.
• DEC or BAC in electrical or mechanical engineering • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Autonomous, dynamic, proactive, likes to work in a team and good communicator • Knowledge of AutoCAD software • ASP Construction card • License to drive valid and access a car.
