For its Engineering Department, the City of Laval is looking for a:
ENGINEER – PROJECT MANAGER
(Permits and Public Utilities)
The challenges ahead:
As a project engineer, you see effective implementation and compliance of work to meet schedule, cost and quality objectives. To this end, you ensure the coordination, the administrative and technical management of the projects for which you are responsible. You provide applicants with all relevant information regarding the design and delivery of projects in your area of experience. You are responsible for preparing plans and specifications in accordance with the provisions, laws and regulations of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
The profile you are looking for:
· be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
· Possess a university degree in civil engineering;
· Have six (6) years of experience relevant to the position;
· Have experience in municipal engineering is an asset;
· Possess an ASP card;
· Possess a valid driver’s license.
