Quartz Co. is looking for a project manager in continuous improvement and process development. The project manager will be part of the production branch of the company and will work with the different factories of Quartz Co .. More specifically, the project manager will be entrusted with projects aimed at improving the productivity of certain stages between the production and shipping of coats. Whether it is the optimization of existing processes or the installation of new machines, the goal will be to write procedures and working methods and to put them in place in the factories of Quartz Co. where it is applicable.

Main functions

- Understand how Quartz Co.'s factories work

- Analyze the activities targeted by the projects

- Finding solutions and ways of working

- Establishing a process and implementing it in all the factories of Quartz Co.

Secondary functions

- Support to the production team

- Establish a quality assurance system

Qualities and skills required

- Diploma in industrial engineering (asset for this position)

- High level of French and English spoken and written

- Interest in the textile industry

- Versatility and autonomy

- Knowledge and fluency with MS Office

- So uci of detail and a job well done

- Sense of organization and responsibility

- Motivation to learn and progress in a growing organization
