We are looking for a supervisor for our processes team, which will be able to manage a team of all levels of experience. Under the responsibility of the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the hiring, performance and performance of your team and the workload planning of the latter. The process department being composed of about fifteen engineers and technicians, the administrative role will occupy a portion of your work. You will also have to act as an engineer or project manager on engineering mandates. You will have the chance to use your technical expertise on mandates of industrial processing processes.

The ideal candidate has about twenty years of engineering experience, including a few years in consulting engineering. and in management. He has a strong technical expertise that he will be able to convey to his team and has a strong interest in coaching. It also has excellent capacities for listening and communication. We are looking for a dynamic, engaged and creative manager!

Requirements:

  • Holder of a university degree in chemical engineering;
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec;
  • Certificate of ASP Construction;
  • ease in both languages, French and English, both orally in writing;
  • practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
