Under the supervision of the main BIM coordinator, your role will mainly be to support BIM users, contribute to the creation of content, documentation and the maintenance of various business practices in BIM.

This position aims to increase productivity and effectiveness of our Operations teams through the parameterization of BIM processes implemented by our main BIM coordinator. This role requires REVIT and CAD expertise, then knowledge of the virtual construction and documentation processes.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Assist our BIM coordinator in writing, deploying and respecting BIM standards;

  • Create and maintain French-language template files;

  • Create the required configuration (families, transfer files, etc.) in order to meet the requirements of our French-speaking customers in Quebec;

  • Synchronize this configuration with our Corporate teams outside Quebec;

  • Automate certain orders to improve productivity;

  • Support REVIT users and problem solving.

Your background :

  • Diploma of college studies (DEC) or Certificate of college studies (AEC) in engineering;

  • From 0 to 5 years of experience in a relevant discipline;

  • Experience in construction and understanding of the different needs of those involved in construction (architects, civil engineers, contractors, etc.);

  • Site experience and / or project manager (an asset);

  • Good knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and MS-Office software;

  • Technical knowledge of BIM, PC, web, cloud and database applications;

  • Understanding and optimizing workflows BIM;

  • Ability to communicate at all levels (user support, team, etc.);

  • Essential bilingualism , both orally and in writing.
