We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our team in Coaticook. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating quality control activities during development and at all stages of the production process, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.

A pivotal role in a great team
The successful candidate will contribute to the company's success by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise processes related to non-conformities, calibration, and product audits.
- Manage non-conformities, ensure follow-ups, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze data and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Design and manage the calibration system.
- Train employees in problem-solving techniques.
- Support analysis and corrective actions related to customer complaints.
- Coordinate inspections and audits of products and processes during production.
- Maintain internal standards and act as an internal auditor.
- Collaborate with project managers and quality engineering to update process documentation following changes to components or materials.
On a day-to-day basis, she will work closely with colleagues who share the same goals of success :
- Patrick, Operations Director, collaborative and efficient;
- And other motivated colleagues.

To meet this challenge successfully, we're looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment and pride, with the following qualifications :
- College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field.
- Experience in cabinet manufacturing.
- 5 years of experience in quality systems management in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (an asset).
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of production and dimensional systems (an asset).
- Proficiency with Office 365.
- 5 years of experience in problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with calibration systems.
