The history of the RP group begins in 2008, when two friends who became associates, Alexandre Pariseau and David Dion, founded their head hunting firm in accounting and finance, recruitment precision.
Quickly, their success is gaining momentum and the prestige recruitment division, focused on fashion and retail, is born.
It is then 4it recruitment - now known as performance recruitment - specializing in engineering, construction, information technology and technical trades, which is created.
The appointment of a third partner, Jean-Philippe Caron, is formalized in 2017.
Finally, 2021 sees a fourth division, Propulsion recruitment, which focuses on pharmacy, health and food recruitment.
Grouping of these four specialized entities, Groupe RP is today the reference in head hunting with nearly 60 head hunters, supporting the growth of several hundred companies across Quebec and the whole from Canada.
