Your role

As a Mechanical Engineer – R&D, you will play a key role in the design, optimization, and development of new products. You will be involved in every stage of the innovation cycle, from initial research to production.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, model, and develop new mechanical products.
• Conduct technical analyses and propose innovative solutions.
• Carry out simulations, validations, and prototype tests.
• Collaborate with the production, quality, and project management teams.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and technological development.
• Ensure document tracking of R&D projects.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Experience in mechanical design.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes. and materials.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and an innovative spirit.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent in French (English an asset).
