SCHEDULE: 33.00 hours per week, DAY; MONDAY to FRIDAY - 08:30 to 16:30

WORK MODE: Hybrid

WORK LOCATION: Administration of Buildings, Parks and Public Spaces, 2550 INDUSTRIAL BLVD 2ND FLOOR A/S ADMINISTRATION OF BUILDINGS, PARKS AND PUBLIC SPACES LAVAL H7S 2G7

The challenges that await you

You will ensure the effective implementation and compliance of the work to achieve objectives regarding timelines, costs, and quality of work. To this end, you will oversee the work, including: coordination, administrative and technical management of the projects for which you will be responsible.

You will provide all relevant information regarding the monitoring, design, and execution of projects in your area of expertise.

You will be responsible for preparing plans and specifications in accordance with the provisions, laws, and regulations of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.


More specifically, you will:

  • Participate in site meetings during the execution of the work, ensure the application of plans and specifications, and exercise technical oversight on the work performed;
  • Develop schedules, establish project or work tracking mechanisms, cost control for ongoing projects, and determine necessary modifications;
  • Organize, supervise, and mentor the resources assigned to the site;
  • Ensure the link with the design engineer for the technical assistance required at the site;
  • Verify the plans, specifications, and materials required for the execution of the work relevant to your area of expertise and during proposed changes during construction;
  • Seal the plans, preliminary estimate, and specifications for the execution of infrastructure projects.
The ideal profile for us

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering;
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
  • Have six (6) years of relevant experience, particularly in project management;
  • Hold an ASP card;
  • Hold a valid class 5 driver's license and own a car.
