Project Engineer (Infrastructure)

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with strong project management skills to take charge of large-scale infrastructure projects. As a leader, you will play a key role in strategic planning, managing projects from conception to completion, while meeting quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire project teams, ensuring clear communication, rigorous monitoring and a collaborative work environment.
• Design plans and strategies for infrastructure projects in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment of project objectives.
• Manage all phases of projects, from feasibility to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.
• Conduct technical analyses, simulations and feasibility studies to ensure the viability of projects.
• Anticipate challenges and provide creative solutions, assessing risks and ensuring proactive decision-making.
• Prepare and present technical reports and updates to management teams and clients, facilitating informed decision-making.

Required skills and qualifications

• Engineering degree in civil engineering in a related field.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des Ingenieurs
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong change management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to inspire trust with customers and partners.

Assets
