Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support and Warranty Technician to support our customers and monitor warranties on systems from well-known brands in the renewable energy sector, including Victron Energy, Elios, Midnite Solar and others.

As a resourceful and detail-oriented individual, you will be the technical point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality support and timely resolution of requests related to system performance and maintenance. We have an internal Ticket system to properly manage each case.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for partner brand products and systems: Victron Energy, Elios, Midnite Solar, and other renewable energy equipment.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by customers, guiding them in the optimal use of the equipment.

- Manage warranty requests: coordinate repairs, part exchanges, and follow up until complete resolution.

- Assist in regular communication with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and follow-up of technical requests. A colleague will assist you with the customer invoicing part when necessary.

- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure compliance and monitoring of warranty protocols.

- Document interventions and ensure precise monitoring of each customer file.

Requirements

- Experience in technical support or after-sales service in the fields of renewable energy or solar systems.

- In-depth knowledge of Victron Energy, Elios, Midnite Solar equipment and other similar solar systems.

- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.

- Good diagnostic and technical analysis skills.

- Autonomy and ability to solve problems effectively.

- Ability to communicate well with customers, simplifying technical concepts when necessary.
