Project Manager — Industrial Engineering

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about continuous improvement to join a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing production sites. You will be at the heart of lean initiatives, from the shop floor to management.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead continuous improvement projects on production lines
• Create value stream maps (VSMs) and identify waste
• Lead Kaizen workshops with field teams
• Implement performance indicators: OEE, takt time, cycle time
• Deploy and maintain the 5S methodology and visual management
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and management to prioritize projects

 

DESIRED PROFILE

• Degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, or logistics
• 3 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Lean tools: VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, PDCA
• Lean Six Sigma certification (green or black belt — an asset)
• Excellent project management and team facilitation skills
• Functional bilingualism (French/English) required
