Your Next Challenge at Techso

Are you a graduate in mechanical or aerospace engineering looking to take the next step in your career?

Would you like to apply your knowledge of design and CAD while discovering the world of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)? Do you dream of contributing to international projects alongside major industry players?

Techso is looking for a PLM Functional Analyst to support clients in defining, analyzing, and deploying innovative digital solutions across Canada and internationally.

In this role, you will be much more than a CAD software user. You will become a true business partner, able to understand client needs, propose practical solutions, and support the digital transformation of engineering processes.

Who We Are

Founded in Montreal in 2014, Techso helps organizations drive their digital transformation through three areas of expertise:

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM);
• IT infrastructure management;
• Custom application development.

Our team works with recognized clients across several industries, including aerospace, automotive, naval, defense, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

At Techso, we prioritize project quality and strong relationships over volume. Our core values of enjoyment, trust, efficiency, and quality guide both our work with clients and the way we collaborate with one another.

What You Will Do

Depending on your assigned projects, your responsibilities may include:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting clients' functional requirements;
• Preparing detailed functional specifications;
• Participating in the definition and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Supporting users through change management and providing the necessary training;
• Providing functional support during deployment and after go-live;
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project;
• Working closely with technical teams and participating in engineering support activities;
• Contributing to the implementation of PLM solutions tailored to our clients' business needs;
• Participating in large-scale projects in the manufacturing and aerospace industries.

The Profile We Are Looking For

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field;
• Initial internship or co-op experience in the aerospace industry, along with a strong interest in PLM and Industry 4.0;
• Knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes tools, such as 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, or DELMIA;
• Strong 3D modeling skills using CAD tools, particularly CATIA or Siemens NX;
• The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in Quebec, across Canada, and internationally;
• An openness to international mobility for assignments ranging from 6 to 24 months;
• The ability to work on projects that may require security clearance or defense-related clearance;
• A strong team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a constantly evolving technological environment.

Assets

• Experience with Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions;
• Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing processes;
• Experience in client relations, functional analysis, or process improvement;
• Experience in change management or user training;
• Previous international experience.

You do not need to have worked as a Functional Analyst before. Above all, we are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to apply their engineering expertise in a digital transformation environment.

What Techso Offers You

• Exciting industrial projects with recognized clients in Canada and internationally;
• A hybrid work environment adapted to project and client requirements;
• Complimentary breakfast, snacks, and coffee at the office;
• An active social and sports club;
• Mobility and travel opportunities through our consultant program;
• The opportunity to contribute to internal projects that help drive the company's growth;
• A community of passionate experts that values knowledge sharing and professional development;
• Private group insurance coverage tailored to your needs;
• A culture built on enjoyment, trust, efficiency, and quality.
