As a human resources advisor for alloprof, you will work under the supervision of Talent, Culture and Administration. Our team is growing strongly and we need your help to reach our ambitious goals, with respect to our values of pleasure, innovation and commitment :).
Here are your mandates:
Support for long-term planning of the workforce in a strong growth context, depending on needs and resources; Recruit rare pearls in advanced areas, in collaboration with managers, according to their needs and complementarity with the teams in place; Set up a performance management and assessment system to help managers in achieving their goals ; Support Managers in Human Resources Management of their teams (Integration of New, Performance Management, Follow-ups, Evaluations, Mobilization , etc,); Write, update, see the respect and implementation of human resource policies (including direct and indirect remuneration ); Inform, guide and advise managers and employees, from the analysis of individual situations, on the rights and obligations of each ; Ensure a lookout for trends and best practices in the field of HR. Alloprof is a fan of ideas that come out of the box! Take part in all other related tasks.

know-how
Be experienced in Human Resources Management in a similar context; Know the rights of labor and their application; be skillful in the implementation of processes; Organization capacity out of the ordinary; excellent command of the French language spoken and written and good knowledge of English; Mastery of the tools of Google Suite.

Have a university degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant area; have a minimum of three to five years of experience in similar functions, in a similar organization; Have the rights to work in Canada and at alloprof; Master French spoken and written.
