Respecting the Technology Operations Team Leader (Techops), the candidate is responsible for supporting and bridging between operations and technical groups. Holding strong leadership, planning, communication and collaboration skills, he / she is also very technically and has a solid experience in analysis and deverminage of complex problems applying for multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose any business problems and complex applications and grab several new concepts quickly.
- Easy to change priority and work in stressful situations.
- Report anomalies in the operation of applications, bring the mitigation and prioritization solutions of anomalies.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Have a very good analytical ability, and be able to interpret customer business needs to translate them into operational requirements.

What we are looking for
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Equivalent Experience
