Draftsman-Estimator

We are looking for a draftsman-estimator to complete our estimation service. You will work in collaboration with project managers. Your main tasks will be as follows:

- Produce precise workshop drawings from architectural and structural plans

- Record quantities for estimates when required

- Carry out coordination and follow-up during requests for information or any other request related to the project

- Work as a team with estimators and other designers - interpersonal communication skills required

- Establish the list of materials required for the completion of projects

- Assist project managers in site monitoring

- Communicate with different professionals (architects, engineers)

- Perform all other related tasks

Skills sought:

- mastery of AutoCAD - ESSENTIAL

- mastery of the MS Office suite: Excel - ESSENTIAL

- have a DEC in architecture or a DEP in building design

- Experience in estimating and submitting industrial and commercial projects.

- have a logical and structured mind

- be able to move from one folder to another easily

- being able to work in a team but also independently

- fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
