Tasks to be performed:

- Continuous improvement of manufacturing plant activities or operations or production departments within manufacturing plants.

- Prepare and manage plant or production department budgets.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / OHS standards and standardize practices.

- Supervise quality control staff and recommend production reporting methods.

- Regular communication with clients and suppliers to anticipate their needs and detect performance issues.

- Train and supervise other managers

- Other job-related tasks.

Required skills:

- University-level studies in engineering

- OIQ member – an asset

- Experience in team and employee management

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Good communication skills

- Bilingualism
