Teamcenter - PLM Business Analyst

As a global leader in digital transformation, Techso is a fast-growing company offering consulting services in three niches of expertise: technology infrastructure management (IT), specific application development (DEV), and product lifecycle management (PLM).

Founded in 2014, Techso has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects to prestigious clients across diverse industries such as automotive, aerospace, events, watchmaking, finance, and many others.

Our values: fun, trust, efficiency, and quality. We prioritize quality over volume, and enjoyment over growth.

  • At Techso, our mission is to guide industries into 2026 by delivering cutting-edge technological and human solutions designed to optimize processes and strengthen collaboration. Driven by our values—fun, trust, efficiency, and quality—we prioritize excellence over volume and believe that growth should be built on an environment where people truly enjoy their work. Joining our team means becoming part of a group of experts dedicated to strategic, large-scale international projects, where your expertise will make a tangible and lasting impact.

Techso is looking to expand its team of PLM consultants. You will be involved in every stage of the project — from requirements analysis to the delivery of tailored solutions.

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Demonstrate solid experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with a particular focus on the digital architecture of Teamcenter (Siemens).
  • Be mobile within the Montréal area to meet with clients as needed and/or be open to international opportunities and willing to relocate.
  • Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as these languages are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients, both in Quebec and abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Implement, configure, and customize Teamcenter modules based on requirements.
  • Contribute to the design of solutions to optimize product configuration management, workflows, and PLM processes.
  • Develop proofs of concept (POC) and present them to stakeholders.
  • Participate in or supervise deployments, testing phases, and the integration of Teamcenter in complex environments.
  • Provide expert-level support to resolve complex Teamcenter issues.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of PLM solutions.
  • Create technical and functional documentation (guides, user manuals, architecture documentation).

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or computer engineering.
  • Significant experience (5+ years) as a Teamcenter expert or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of key modules (Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, BMIDE, Change Management, Active Workspace, etc.).
  • Familiarity with related technologies: SQL, Java, C/C++, Javascript, XML, ITK, and integration tools (SOAP/REST).
  • Good understanding of PLM architecture principles and implementation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industries leveraging Teamcenter (automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as these languages are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients, both in Quebec and abroad.
