Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the daily activities of our operational team. You will play a key role in optimizing our processes and achieving our production objectives.

Main responsibilities

  • Supervise, train and motivate your team
  • Plan and organize work schedules
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and productivity standards
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes
  • Manage material and human resources effectively
  • Solve daily operational problems
  • Maintain a safe and fun work environment!

Requirements

  • College diploma in operations management or related field
  • 5 years of experience supervising a team in a manufacturer
  • Excellence in leadership and communication
  • Proficiency in common computer tools
  • Bilingualism French-English (4/5) (because you will be required to communicate with your colleagues in other provinces and in the United States)
  • Experience in Project Management
