Connection Permit Inspector

Performs various technical tasks involving collaboration in the implementation and execution of connection work on municipal land and private properties, as well as site supervision. Ensures, among other things, that the work is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications, the terms of connection permits, and the execution schedule, in order to guarantee the quality of the work as well as its compliance with the team's directives.

Collects data and information and writes reports to document connection work. Takes charge of various tasks related to requests from internal/external stakeholders and citizens by providing all relevant information and follow-ups related to their requests. Undertakes the necessary legal steps to enforce the regulations under their authority.

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in civil engineering;
• Have thirty (30) months of relevant experience in the function, as described above;
• Hold a certificate of completion for the general health and safety course (ASP) issued by the Joint Association for Health and Safety in the Construction Sector;
• Possess a valid class 5 driver's license.
