Customer Program Manager

Kontron Canada is seeking a Customer Program Manager to join her experienced and dynamic team.

AN OVERVIEW OF THE CHALLENGES AHEAD:

 

  • Establish program goals and deliverables with the customer as well as with internal departments and stakeholders;
  • Lead, take ownership and be accountable for assigned programs;
  • Define and manage scope, schedule, cost of overall program schedules;
  • Be the liaison between the customer, sales and internal departments and stakeholders (quality, manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, finance, customer service, etc.);
  • Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings, keep log of actions until they are closed;
  • Ensure products are delivered according to the program and contract terms (from POs receipt to product shipments);
  • Lead and coordinate contract definition, review and approval procedures following contract guidelines;
  • Ensure execution per agreed contract terms;
  • Participate with Project Managers in new developments or contracted product changes; lead the overall process;
  • Provide forecasting, revenue and margin projections;
  • Report program status, including financials, deliverables, quality, major issues and escalations and customer satisfaction;
  • Participate to bid process and writing of proposals or quotes;
  • Finally, look for continued process and quality improvement.

 

 

YOU WILL IMPRESS US IF YOU HAVE:

  • Studies: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or College degree in Electronics with experience;
  • Experience: Ideally 3 to 7 years of pertinent experience;
  • Profile:
    • Demonstrated project and program management experience and understanding of program management process;
    • Ability to communicate with executives;
    • Ability to work with and interpret ambiguity, incomplete information and/or conflicting priorities;
    • Demonstrated skill to structure, lead and motivate cross functional teams without direct reporting line;
    • Proficient in MS word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
    • Excellent written and verbal language skills;
  • Assets: SAP, experience in computer based products;
  • Languages: French and English given frequent verbal and written communications with global customers.
