As a project manager assigned to these projects, you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the planning and management of activities within allocated deadlines and budgets. This role includes coordination, validation, quality control, and deployment efforts with Electromega's multidisciplinary teams, clients, and suppliers. The industry in which Electromega operates is constantly evolving, and various opportunities will arise in the future, offering an opportunity to participate in the development of new solutions.
You will be responsible for successfully completing all phases of project implementation, within an integrated team environment, in addition to being responsible for client contact. In this role, your main tasks will be:
Plan, manage, and monitor the implementation stages (completion of work) of projects
Ensure the logistics of the work and optimal coordination between the various stakeholders
Manage the on-site deployment of projects
Ensure the delivery of installations on time and within budget
Verify compliance of the work with the technical documents issued for the project
Plan, control, and ensure compliance with implementation costs
Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers
Complete administrative documentation for projects under their responsibility
Manage risks during project execution
Prepare cost estimates and project submissions
Control and approve supplier and subcontractor invoicing
Produce monthly progress reports for client invoicing
Coordinate project meetings
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electrical
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management
Oral and written bilingualism (English and French) essential
Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
Knowledge of the parking industry is an asset
Skilled communicator and good negotiator
You know how to maintain good business relationships while carrying out projects
Ability to analyze, establish, and manage priorities at each level of importance
Ability to analyze technical, hardware, and software requirements to coordinate their implementation with other departments
Reading and analyzing plans for submission
Good writing skills
Creative, solution-oriented personality
Ability to quickly learn and assimilate all elements of a project to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize revenue
