site supervisor (civil engineering technician)
Our client is a growing company and is looking for a dynamic civil engineering technician for construction projects in the greater Montreal area.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervision and monitoring of construction work
- Planning of pre-construction meetings
- Conducting site surveys and measurements
- Quality control of materials and work
- Preparation of daily site reports
- Coordination with construction teams
- Validation of compliance with technical plans and specifications
- Management of documents and regulatory follow-ups
- Proactive monitoring and follow-up of multiple projects
Technical Skills
- Reading of plans and quote
- Knowledge of construction standards
- Strong communication skills
Required profile
- DEC in civil engineering techniques
- 5 years of experience (contractor, excavation, etc.)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a variety of conditions
- Availability to travel to different sites (greater Montreal area)
